A few years ago one of our existing tenants, RBC’s Moncton-Based Call Centre, initiated a search for a new commercial space with amenities absent in their current stand-alone space.
It was clear after chatting, that our tenant-partner was looking to create a community of services under one roof – but more importantly they were focused on improving the happiness and wellness of their people.
After digging a little deeper, we discovered Maxime and his
team had three key objectives:
1
They wanted to support active living.
2
They wanted to promote environmental leadership.
3
They wanted to provide increased convenience.
The challenge?
The current building had no space to accommodate their needs.
Our solution?
Build a new building within the same complex and exceed their expectations.
In addition to providing them with the
opportunity to create the best work
environment for their team, we were
able to add a few extras like:
- Secure bike storage;
- Common showers and change areas;
- Electric vehicle charging stations; and
- Access to an in-house restaurant.

The biggest surprise?
We did all of this at no additional cost to our tenant. Why? Because we’ve always taken the position that building mutually beneficial relationships matter more than turning a quick profit.
