We believe even the small decisions to improve, have a huge impact when it comes to environmental sustainability. For us, it starts with a team’s mindset – and their engagement in training and development opportunities to increase the awareness and performance of our environmental responsibilities.
For example; during new constructions, acquisitions and existing property renovations – we create an environmental strategy for investments into LED lighting, water conservation systems, recycling and waste management. We integrate electric vehicle chargers and renewable resources into projects where possible, even when it doesn’t make bottom-line sense in the short term.
