Project Description

51 Highfield Street

Moncton, NB

51 Highfield Street was constructed by the City of Moncton in 1962 to replace the aging public library located on the same site. It served the citizens of Moncton until the current library was opened on Main Street in 1989. The building was fully renovated in the early 1990’s to facilitate a multi-tenant occupancy, while retaining the exterior architectural features of the property.

Consisting of (+/-) 15,800 square feet over three (3) floors, the Building is well located in the Central Business District (CBD) of the City of Moncton, one block north of Main Street.
